Operating Procedure:

  1. Turn on the power switch.

  2. Balance the samples and place them symmetrically in the rotor.

  3. Lock the rotor lid and place the rotor into the centrifuge chamber.

  4. Close the door and press [VACUUM] to start vacuuming.

  5. Enter the required parameters:

    • Speed: Press [SPEED] and enter the desired speed using the numeric keypad.

    • Time: Press [TIME] and enter the desired time using the numeric keypad.

    • Temperature: Press [TEMP] and enter the desired temperature using the numeric keypad.

  6. Select acceleration rate [ACCEL]: MAX or SLOW and deceleration rate [DECEL]: MAX, SLOW, or OFF.

  7. Wait until the vacuum drops below 750 μ (when the display shows 750 steady; 200 flashes), then press [ENTER] followed by [START]. Do not leave until the centrifuge reaches the set speed.

  8. Wait for the timer to reach 0 or press [STOP] to terminate the operation. Once the rotor stops, press [VACUUM] to release the vacuum.

  9. Open the door and remove the rotor.

Program Setting:

  1. Press [PROG] and enter a number from 0 to 9.

  2. Enter the parameters for [SPEED], [TEMP], [TIME], [ACCEL], and [DECEL].

  3. Press [SAVE PROG] to save the program.

Maintenance Notes:

  1. Keep the chamber clean and dry.

  2. Only leave after the centrifuge reaches the set speed.

  3. Keep the rotor clean and check the O-ring; apply vacuum grease if necessary.

  4. Regularly clean and apply vacuum grease to the door O-ring.
