I. Operating Procedure

1. Turn on the power.

2. Press 【DOOR】 to open the door.

3. Place samples symmetrically and balanced in the ROTOR.

4. Insert the ROTOR into the centrifuge chamber, lock the ROTOR lid, and close the door.

5. Press the 【ROTOR】 button and enter the ROTOR model using the numeric keypad.

6. Press the 【RPM/RCF】 button:
   A. Press once to enter centrifuge speed in RPM.
   B. Press twice to enter centrifuge speed in g-force.

7. Press the 【TIME】 button:
   A. Press once to set the centrifuge time, up to 99 hours 59 minutes.
   B. Press twice to enter HOLD mode for continuous centrifugation until the 【STOP】 button is pressed.

8. Press the 【TEMP】 button to set the centrifuge temperature.

9. Press the 【ACCEL】 button to select acceleration speed: 1 = MAX, 2 = SLOW.

10. Press the 【DECEL】 button to select deceleration speed: 1 = MAX, 2 = SLOW, 3 = OFF.

11. Press 【ENTER】 and then 【START】 to begin centrifugation. Stay until the centrifuge reaches the set speed.

12. After centrifugation stops, press 【DOOR】 to open the door.

II. Program Setting

1. Press the 【PROGRAM】 button.

2. Choose a number from 1 to 9.

3. Enter parameters: ROTOR, speed, time, temperature, ACCEL, DECEL.

4. Press 【SAVE】 to store the program.

III. Maintenance and Precautions

1. Keep the centrifuge chamber clean.

2. Regularly clean and lubricate the spindle and door latch (use spinkote).

3. Keep the ROTOR clean.
