To enable technicians responsible for handling waste liquids to process them quickly and efficiently, and to ensure the safety of these personnel, the Environmental Resources Center of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) requires that all waste liquids sent to the NCKU treatment facility must have, in addition to the usual labels, a Waste Liquid Transfer and Storage Record Form (as attached) affixed to the outside of each container.
All laboratories are required to complete the record form for each transfer and storage and attach it to the outside of the container.
